Sean Coleman

VICE PRESIDENT

Sean assists with client services and business development out of our Cleveland office. Primarily working with middle market companies, Sean has experience with M&A, raising capital, and consulting. He has facilitated transactions in manufacturing, business services, distribution, logistics, information technology, and healthcare industries. Sean previously worked for EdgePoint Capital, an industry-agnostic investment bank serving the lower middle market. In addition, he was an Equity Research Analyst where he researched, valued, and recommended publicly traded companies with $120 billion+ market cap to mutual funds and hedge funds. He also ran an independent M&A consulting firm, created and operated a startup company, and helped a law firm add an M&A advisory division to its business. Passionate about his family and career, Sean practices daily meditation and engages in life-long learning. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, cooking and music.
