Medical Electronics has been acquired by Tenacore Holdings, Inc.

Copper Run advised Medical Electronics – a clinical equipment asset management company specializing in lifecycle management programs, biomedical engineering, preventive maintenance and repair services. The Company is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada with a second location in Santa Ana, California and was founded in 1986. The founders of the Company were approaching retirement age and looking to exit.

A company in California called Tenacore Holdings reached out interested in expanding to Nevada. Copper Run successfully represented Medical Electronics in their sale to strategic buyer, Tenacore Holdings, Inc.
