Andy Hays

CEO & FOUNDER

With a passion for dealmaking, Andy founded Copper Run in 2008. He has completed over $11 billion in transactions while working with hundreds of companies, both public and private, in a variety of industries including manufacturing and technology. Andy focuses on leading the industry, growing the firm, and continuous learning. His extensive previous experience includes working with Cantor Fitzgerald in New York and Ernst & Young in Cleveland. Outside of the office, he is an avid outdoorsman and loves to golf with his sons and friends, hunt birds with his yellow lab, Elvis, and cycle with his wife, Jamie. Andy also enjoys traveling to new places and taking in live music.
