Copper Run advised Safelite, a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement provider, on its acquisition of Intermountain Auto Glass.
Based in Columbus, OH, Safelite is a vehicle glass repair and replacement provider, and claims management service organization. It operates more than 7100 facilities and mobile providers in all 50 states. Safelite has been in the auto glass repair and replacement services industry since 1947.
Founded in 1996 in Boise, ID, Intermountain Auto Glass saw a need to expand its services. Recognizing a need for auto glass services, Intermountain expanded into the Ketchum and Sun Valley regions, eventually adding a location in Jackson, WY and serving Eastern Oregon.
