Copper Run advised ODW Logistics, Inc. on its acquisition of ODW LTS, LLC. ODW Logistics, Inc. provides third-party logistics services designed to assist manufacturing and retail partners effectively manage inventory and distribution across the United States. The company delivers a comprehensive integrated logistics solution, encompassing network design, warehouse and fulfillment, omnichannel distribution, transportation management, and asset-based regional truckload services.
To better compete in the market for integrated logistics solutions, ODW Logistics, Inc. determined that it needed to consolidate its freight brokerage joint venture, ODW LTS, LLC, by buying out non-controlling partners and restructuring management. ODW enlisted Copper Run to advise on the consolidation, valuation and deal structure.
