Marsden Services has acquired Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc.

Marsden, a nationwide facility services organization, acquired Feldkamp Enterprises Inc. in a transaction led by Copper Run. With the acquisition of Feldkamp, Marsden expands its HVAC services to the greater Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio metro regions.
Headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, Marsden provides comprehensive facility services across the United States. Marsden offers janitorial, security, mechanical, emergency response, and facility services from 63 office locations across 19 states. Established in 1952, Marsden has built a reputation of providing high-quality services.
