Ryan, the largest business tax firm in the world and portfolio company of Ares Management and Onex Corp, acquired Brayn Consulting, a tax services firm specializing in R&D, cost segregation and green energy income tax incentives.
The Houston-centric Brayn team will expand Ryan’s outreach among mid-market companies nationwide interested in minimizing their tax burden through incentives and credits.
