Maddie Stough

Human Resources Director

Maddie is the Human Resources Director for Copper Run, building and developing the team through strategies in recruiting, training, performance, culture and HR operations.  She brings deep experience from HR roles in a variety of industries, including legal, real estate investment, staffing and recruiting. Maddie is an advisor with the Davidson College Board of Visitors as well.

In her spare time, this avid reader is an active member of several book clubs (yes, several!) and can be found reading in libraries and bookstores around town. Maddie also enjoys OrangeTheory workouts, spending time with family nearby, traveling and exploring new Columbus restaurants and neighborhoods.
