Brandon Kelly

VICE PRESIDENT

Brandon is a Vice President at Copper Run, where he focuses primarily on buy-side M&A. He spends most of his time working alongside private equity-backed platforms to source add-on acquisitions and execute their inorganic growth strategies. Brandon partners with platform management teams and private equity sponsors to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, develop outreach strategies, and manage opportunities through the transaction process.

Brandon has been with the firm throughout his career, progressing from an intern to his current role as Vice President. During his time at Copper Run, he has worked across a wide variety of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, the skilled trades, and more, earning broad experience working with clients and business owners across a diverse range of sectors.

A Pittsburgh native, Brandon is a lifelong fan of Pittsburgh’s professional sports teams and remains optimistic that he will see the Pirates win a World Series in his lifetime. He also follows Ohio State athletics closely. In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing golf and pickleball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
