The acquisitions of Richmond Traffic Control in Richmond, VA and Stay Safe Traffic Control in Raleigh, NC expand the Moeris platform in growing regions of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Both acquired companies will retain their local brands and teams.
These companies became the 3rd and 4th operating businesses under the Moeris umbrella, joining Colorado Barricade and Pavement Surface Control, which serve customers in the Rocky Mountain region and Pacific Northwest.
