Koorsen Fire & Security has acquired SCI Alarm
Copper Run advised Koorsen Fire & Security – a leading fire and security company, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana and family owned for over 65 years. Koorsen hired Copper Run in the summer of 2013 to target small to mid-size acquisitions in the Midwest and South.
Koorsen Fire & Security has acquired SCI Alarm in South Bend, IN and MAST Fire and Safety Resources in Fredericktown, OH in an effort to expand its full range of fire and life safety services in those markets.
