Broad Street Partners has acquired Jack & Chew Co. Insurance
Copper Run advised Broad Street Partners – a leading insurance brokerage holding company with 22 Core Partners who have agency operations in 220 locations across the United States. In February 2012, the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan (OTPP) acquired a majority stake in BroadStreet Partners. To date, OTPP has served as a long-term financial partner alongside BroadStreet’s unique co-ownership approach for its Core Partners. The model attracts exceptional agencies and does not implement short-sighted cost cutting, standardized operational processes, or changes to an agency’s name and culture.
