Copper Run advised Koorsen Fire & Security – a leading fire and security company, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana and family owned for over 65 years. Koorsen hired Copper Run in the summer of 2013 to target small to mid-size acquisitions in the Midwest and South.
Koorsen Fire & Security has acquired TM Somers Fire Equipment in Griffith, IN in an effort to expand its full range of fire and life safety services in Northern Indiana.
