Copper Run advised USA Parking Systems, Inc. – a parking garage company in the greater Cleveland metro area. The owners had been managing the business for a number of years and were looking for an opportunity to exit the business.
Lebron James had recently come back to Cleveland and had just led the Cavs to a championship. With a lot of excitement in Cleveland, parking lot companies had been doing very well.
