Copper Run advised The Riverside Company – a global private equity firm, on the acquisition of Advanced Fire Protection Systems (AFPS). AFPS is part of Riverside’s third fire and life safety platform, expanding Riverside’s fire and life safety services to the Mid-Atlantic region.
