Steve Lancianese

DIRECTOR

Steve is a Director for Copper Run, leading buy-side and sell-side clients through all aspects of the transaction, including valuation, marketing, deal term negotiations, due diligence and closing processes. Prior to joining Copper Run, he specialized in growth strategy and advisory services at EY-Parthenon and J.P. Morgan Chase. As a U.S. Army Aviation Officer, Steve served as an Attack Aviation Company Commander and piloted AH-64D Apache helicopters in three separate overseas deployments.  He received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and has continued to focus on leadership and mentorship throughout his career. Outside the office, Steve challenges himself physically through running, biking, hiking and aviation, while also spending quality time with family and making home-cooked meals.
